Transport custom queries without a transport request

Software is modified in a development system and tested in a quality system in mere minutes instead of hours or days.

Queries can be moved the same way using the SAP Query Transport Tool. In SE38 launch the RSAQR3TR program. This is very similar to the transport tool in SQ03 except that it has Download and Upload capabilities that require no transport request.

Use this tool in the development system to download the queries from the system by clicking the Download radio button and selecting the queries to export. Leave the query and user group blank to download all queries.

The system will ask for a file name to save the downloaded queries and then produce a report like this one. These are the queries that can be uploaded to the target system. This also works as a great way to backup queries in a system with many developers.
